We’ve been shortlisted for MSP of the Year!

We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve been shortlisted for the ‘MSP of the Year (Sub £2.5m Turnover)’ category at the Network Group Awards 2026.

For anyone new to the term, MSP stands for Managed Service Provider – an organisation that delivers ongoing IT support, management, and strategic guidance to help businesses stay secure, efficient, and resilient.

The Network Group is a community of ambitious MSPs, IT resellers, and retailers, supporting members with collaboration opportunities, shared knowledge, and valuable peer insight. Being recognised within this community is a huge honour for us.

A year of growth and milestones

Since our merger with the commercial arm of PCs Made Simple, we’ve doubled our team, expanded our capability, and achieved our first £1m+ turnover year – not bad for a dedicated team of six people!

We’ve strengthened our SLA performance, improved first-contact resolution, and enhanced communication, helping our customers run smoother, reduce downtime, and boost resilience. Plus, our expertise across Microsoft 365, Azure, modern endpoint management, and security has grown significantly, and with the adoption of Copilot, we’re now documenting better, resolving faster, and communicating more clearly.

A word from Our Operations Director, Clifford Johnson:

“2025 was an extraordinary year for us. The progress we’ve made – from merging teams to delivering our strongest performance yet – is something the whole business should be proud of. Every member of the team has stepped up and delivered consistently high-quality service. Being shortlisted is a fantastic recognition of our collective hard work, and I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved together.”

We’ll be heading to Glasgow on Thursday, 23rd April 2026 for the awards ceremony – and we’re keeping everything crossed!

Being shortlisted alone is a huge achievement and a brilliant recognition of our team, our customers, and the incredible year we’ve had.
