Newburgh Networks has successfully completed the installation of a desktop cloud communications platform for Portland Port in Dorset. The 3CX telecoms and UC platform replaced their existing phone system and moved the port onto a completely desktop based platform for the first time ever.
“We’ve deployed lots of these platforms in the last 18 months” explained Lee Bishop, Managing Director of Newburgh Networks.
“Our customers are always impressed with the ease of deployment and the user experience and also how robust the system is, it just goes in and works” continued Lee. “The thing we love about 3CX is that it works just as well for a company with 200 staff as it does for a company with 2 staff”.
