Newburgh Networks was chosen to install a new VoIP based telephone system for a large company specialising in Groundworks, Construction and Sports Pitches based in Dorset. An existing customer for IT support and Microsoft cloud services, Newburgh Networks was asked to replace their existing telephone system with a new Gamma Horizon hosted VoIP platform to deliver service improvements and advancements for the group.
“VoIP is something which has really taken off for us this year” explains Jonny White, Sales and Marketing Director. “We’ve got a combined experience of 40 years in the telecoms sector between the team and we felt 2021 was the right time to see us roll it out properly as an end to end service to add additional value for our customers and further expand our capabilities as a full stack technology provider. So far it’s going really well and we’re constantly adding cool new features to what we offer”.
